Service Team Guarantee: To better guarantee service, we have divided our domestic service into eight major regions, each equipped with several service engineers, ensuring arrival at the site within 24 hours, and 48 hours for remote areas.
In-Factory Debugging: To better ensure complete vehicle in-factory debugging, we have assigned multiple dedicated personnel. According to the production schedule of Zhongtong vehicles, we complete 100% of the debugging work within the factory.

Spare Parts Guarantee

Spare parts are the core of our service. To better serve the end market, we have established a four-level spare parts guarantee system to meet the needs of different customers. As of December 31, 2017, Fugong has established spare parts warehouses in over 80 cities.
