Established the China-EU New Energy Vehicle Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, engaging over 20 senior technical experts domestically and internationally, and formed industry-university-research alliances with universities such as Tsinghua University, Tongji University, and Chinese and European enterprises;

The state-of-the-art equipment at the Test Center meets the verification needs for numerous performance aspects—such as durability, reliability, and stability—of components and complete system assemblies under various conditions.

Service Center
The company has established a four-level after-sales service support system, comprising 31 special repair stations, 31 parts warehouses, and over 30 after-sales engineers. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive after-sales service, with "Cordiality, Thoroughness, Timeliness, and Effectiveness" as our service objectives. The company firmly believes that our success hinges on customer satisfaction and upholds the following service commitments:
- Accept 24-hour telephone consultations and complaints.
- Commit to addressing and responding to general quality issues within 1 hour, and providing clear responses to major quality issues within 2 hours.
- Ensure after-sales service personnel depart within a maximum of 30 minutes after receiving service information.
- Troubleshooting Rate: Resolve serious failures within 48 hours, and resolve general failures within 24 hours (excluding failures caused by traffic accidents).
- Parts Arrival Rate (time from failure reporting to parts arrival at the repair site): 100% arrival within 24 hours for temporarily allocated parts, and 100% arrival within 12 hours for other common parts.
- Establish a 100% user product archive system, provide quality tracking services, and ensure continuous product improvement services.
